Hey, sorry to hear about the misfortune! You think about transplanting it into new soil with a pot that has holes in the bottom? Or has the seedling already bit the dust?
If it hasn't you may be able to save it. It just may take a few days for it to recoop from the transplant. But it'd be worth a try to try and save it.....

Ya it does suck so much. Now I have to start all over.
At the moment I only do one at a time. For the simple reason that is all that I have lights for. Hopfully I will find a job so that I can get a MH/HPS. Than I will do more than one or two at a time.

Wut up bro, Nice little plant. I think you should be using 6500k daylight bulbs. They look more whitish, and the bulbs you got are 2700k I can tell by the hue of the light. The lights you have are for flowering, but don't get me wrong you plant will still grow, but with the right light the plant will grow 90% better in veg.
