How to avoid nausea after smoking

Lately I get nauseated after taking a few hits. Is there any remedy for reducing nausea?
I've been taking sea sickness pills that help, but I wonder if anyone has a different method.
TIA

It could be CIH(cannabis induced hyperemesis). Basically, with some people who consume a lot of cannabis products on a regular basis, the body starts to experience a paradoxical effect. So, instead of reducing nausea, as seen by chemo patients who use weed, nausea is induced. It can lead to cyclical vomiting.
For relief, a very hot bath can bring relief. Also, taking a break from weed can “reset” the body.

That's the hard part: Taking a break from weed.
Question is: How long a break?
The ant-nausea pills I'm taking seems to help, but I'm quite disappointed to be in that state.
Physically I get nauseous but mentally and emotionally I feel the high.

This happens to me every so often- I know what it is so remaining calm and letting it pass helps-
If you are like me- you are probably not eating enough throughout the day. I feel better if I eat something a little while before consuming.

That's strange because I felt less nauseated on an empty stomach. And I get the usual munchies.
I'll try again with both situations. Thanks.

Look up Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome, it sounds like it could be a possibility. I gotta buddy who has it.

Here are some quick links:

If this sounds like you, other than taking a hot bath or spraying hot water on your belly during an episode, abstinence is the only cure. My buddy is still a pothead so he has to balance how many days in a row he smokes and then he will take the same or more number of days off and that seems to help him manage without all out quitting.
Good luck, hope you get it sorted out.

I have had problems with my stomach and sometimes smoking causes my sinuses to drain like crazy. This has given me nausea in the past, but since I've got my stomach under control, it doesn't bother me too much anymore. It would probably be worth trying out some different weed just in case your body decided it didn't like what you are smoking. I hope you figure it out.

Yeah I might have that syndrome, but I'll stick with the pills since they're doing a half-vast job. Thanks a bunch.
