Plant dying

Hi guys this is my plant
Don’t know how to send msg properly, 1st time on here.

It’s in a coco perlite 70 30 mix with 10% organic compost and 5% horse manure
Grown like this for 5 years never seen this. Always been perfect except for a grow with aphids
Feed it megacrop, molasses later in life
I’ve never seen anything like this, just slowly dying. Tried flushing, etc
Temps ok etc
It’s crazy
And now I have a new crop in veg and they are starting to get a few burnt tips. That’s how it stars, dry slight but it just keeps getting worse no matter what you do. Please help….I’m stumped. Will post pics of veg plants right now xxxxxxx

It’s reds here
These are the new veg plants, see the tips xxxxxxxxxx

I mean, usually when people have these issues theyre starting out but uve grown several years. Coco dont really go good with organics unless you specialize in it. This site doesnt have many people to answer to these things. Lots of soil and coco growers to get help from but we cant help much if its a mixed medium.

Id suggest doing either soil or coco not both. Coco is meant to be moist at all times, different ph requirements. Too much back always kills my coco plants so I imagine that would happen in this case. You dont overwater soil so the coco just dries and leaves issues. If feeding salt fertilizer it will spike as water evaporates. Just a long list of potential causes.
