If your growing in soil use pots around 30 litres or more autos can get huge root systems if grown right. I top the plant around 6 set o leaves . Folar Spray every week with trace elements spray and I just use seed raising mix no fancy soils . I find keeping it simple gives me bigger yields I also give them 1/4 strength nitrogen feeds as well as flowering feeds during flowering . I never check for ph I just watch the plant and see how it reacts to the feeds I give it. You should give that a try onetime and see how it goes. Maintaining the Organic Grow is the way to grow. I ran FFOF and HF in mine and was top dressing by week 3. At flip I went to flowering nutes pour fish .
Organic nutes take a bit to catch up as they have to be munched on by the organisms in the soil. Most growers top dress around your day count. EWC soil conditioners blood meal all kinds of ways to stay Organic. Gia green looks to be a solid product and with my choice being so expensive I am looking at Gia Green and Dr Earth Organics.

I just use soil .I start using nutrients about 7 days after germination and about 10 days after germination I start folar feeding with wates trace elements mix. Gives them a really good boost during seedling stage making them grow bigger and faster
