a few things to consider. when muscles which have been under tension for a long time finally relax there is generally pain and a pins and needles feeling. Ask any massage therapist about this and they will say the same.
Now, I do believe that anxious people can have negative reactions to marijuana because it makes them focus on the problem. Anxiety disorders can inevitably lead to things like OCD very naturally. This is because anxiety is generally about a fixation with something (generally something which makes one feel fearful). So. A few basic things. When we experience fear (or the the flight or fight instict) our body produces adrenaline because we are ready to kick some ass. However this shot of adrenaline does little good when we are kicking back taking bonghits and watching Ren and Stimpy. Therefore it builds up, and can result in those instances where you have to stand up, gather your thoughts, and get rid of some excess energy. Adrenaline also makes us feel tingly as it is usually accompanied with an increase in heart rate.
As someone who has had to deal with people with anxiety disorders in my life. I would say. The first thing to think when you are getting these symptoms is to relax. Freaking out will only increase your heartrate, and adrenaline and put you in the never ending cycle of fear. good luck. there are millions of people who encounter the same problems.
