Update - The RUNT

I mentioned this little lady awhile back with the clone cups I had running - she was a a little wispy thing originally.

Running behind her sisters , I almost shitcanned it . Well , she is doing much better after some “ care “.
I plan for her to grow a little more before moving her up into a larger pot. I began using Terp Tea ( grow ) at a pinch worth and scratched into cup.

Sometimes the ugly ducklings are the keepers so I am anxious to see what she grows to be. Depending on how well she will Veg , I might take a cutting or too.

Found this real nice propagation chamber at Home Depot of all places and ordered ship to store. That way I can take bigger cuts.

Well , hot damn …. Got my shit.

I was Interested in running some Blimburn gear - chose Apple Fritter and Motor Breath.
Got some Ethos Purple Malik ( gone be retired ) so I thought I better grab some.
And some good freebies tossed in.

I am gonna sponsor another light grow ( non HLG - sorry ) pretty soon as soon as I get the ok to reveal the light.
I have had it for a month and look forward to talking about it once I get the ok to start showing it.

Anyhow , if any of you have ran Blimburn before I look forward to any comments about their strain offerings.
I was always interested in the “ Apple fritter “ strain - although I bought the auto version , guess we see what happens.

Usable light is useable light. Side lighting / angle lighting i would think would help in more penetration.

I have a few OLD blurples in the garage - one i kinda liked was that ol viparspectra 600.

But G8 ‘s are the only mono led style rigs I continuously use to supplement.

I say go for it.

I was figuring on using it for sidelight anyway as it weighs almost 10 pounds. Im getting a bar style light soon supplemented by my qbs, but until then supplementing with the bloom on the blurple light seems practical. Thanks!

I have a Vipar600 too. Contrary to popular criticisms.... it will most definitely grow really good cannabis without breaking the bank. Every plant grown under it looks happy

I'm running some Blimburn gear right now, blackberry moonrocks. Wasn't planning on popping any yet, but upon opening the package noticed that one of the beans had already popped on its own. Figured I'd toss it in some ffof and see what happens. Very nice plant, short node spacing, thick compact structure, vigorous growth with lots of side branching. Decided to keep this one for a mom and just took some clones off her. They're about a week in the cloner at this point

Yes yes yes - it is solid light. That is the reason i kept it. Never had an issue with it and it would grow some good ass weed for what it is.
Almost gave it away … but it really was a favorite of the “ Blurple “ lights.



I will have to dig for some old pics running that lamp. Might have to bring out of mothballs.
If I remember right it had an actual draw of 287 watts or some shit like that.

Memory Lane Time - Vipar Spectra 600


Since last talking about some old rigs , I dug out that ol vipar out of mothballs. I really liked that light , never wanted to get rid of it .
I actually forgot it had a mixed spectrum including white led. Probably why it worked better than straight red/blue lamps. I always ran it on BOTH switches on. Don’t even remember when I bought it , but it still works beautifully.

I may grab a shorty 2x2 tent or similar to run it again.
It is oddly a real full spectrum lamp - for It’s time. Even IR.

Yes that is exactly the same light that I have and i run an exactly the same way you do with both the red and the blue on at the same time
I I have absolutely never had a plant there was unhappy underneath that light

Update :

SOG Style - Berta 2.0 Northern Lights and LST Northern Lights 1 gallon

Well bumped the PEE / K on these little ladies. I have two other larger ones but too lazy to take more pics - so this will give you an idea of what’s been up lately. Local temps have been up to upper 68° ( ambient ) in rooms , so would like to bump those temps up a bit more.

The SOG twins are under the QB 96 rig and the other under the Original QB 304 / COB lamp.

I don’t count weeks or days as such , just letting do their thing until I deem time . So they will continue without hovering over them.
However the Muchacha Autos look about ready to pull - maybe this weekend - after I look them over / stinky girls.

The other plants are still pushing forward and may show those later on in the week or so.

Added some kelp to their watering today - they have been good girls

Those Muchacha Autos look delicious. I see NASC is doing a bogo 3 pk deal for $40. I see they are F5 and supposed to have a gassy profile. Keep us posted on how they turn out after cure. I need to make another order soon and this looks like a good strain to grow. Those are some sweet clones too!

Thought I would show these 2 KKP ( Durban Poison x GG4) S1 seed plants i have going on with those clone plants. They seem pretty darn happy - might take some cuttings later as they grow out .

Gave the a sport bottles worth of Roots Organic Terp Tea ( pee ) grow . Shaken not stirred.

That KKP looks like some good shit. GG4 is a strong ass buzz even with ILGM genetics for me. Durban Poison is 1 of my fave Sativas. Damn I bet that is some good fkn weed.
