Thanks, that's really encouraging as I still have about 12 SSDD seeds left at f4, it's an honour to have them.

I'm in a prohibition country so I'm not sure the soil company wants the publicity, that's all. I can always check with them.
I totally understand growing in a place that has prohibition still going on, because I have grown in California, where I was born and raised, and never had to worry.

Then years later, I just couldn’t afford to maintain the cost of living and such in California, so when I met my wife who is from Florida, we moved back to her hometown to live as best we could with our current level of income.

So I really went from the promised land to hell, at least as far as cannabis laws go. Lol

It’s much much cheaper here to support a family, but I do have to worry a lot more if I need workers to repair things in my home that I don’t know how to fix, ie HVAC issues from time to time, or plumbing issues occasionally.

So now my wife makes me often wait until after I’ve harvested to repair anything, so if someone has to come in our house, they won’t smell fresh buds being grown near year round.

Best of luck to you, I have found my ways to stay low key in Florida, so I’m sure you can find ways to stay low key in your area too.

Peace!

Just picked up Red Eyed Jedi and Grandmas Hashplant. I really like the way OG moms mix up with the 88HP male. Did anyone find something special in those?? Are they worth it??

I would put up my Black TK against any OG.
I'll let you know on the Red Eye Jedi in a few weeks, I took cuts to sex and ended up flowering the 2 females I found. Tiny plants but nose is full, lemon pine, spice and fuel is what I'm getting at the moment. Sticky frosty buds. I flowered out a Skywalker OG many moons ago and remember it being the best tasting strain from that run, hoping to find something similar from the REJ pack.

I’ve only heard of excellent smoke reports and grows for Red Eye Jedi. I bet you’re in for a treat!

I lived decades in Indiana before relocating to Michigan. I know the worry of living in hostile territory. Unfortunately, having big pharma companies call Indiana homebase will keep weed illegal there until the end , or until they get to control it.
Cheers to plant freedom!

Smart move taking cuts, I failed the reveg on my Redeye Jedi haha. I think it's pretty special, but I also think my keeper Space Monkey was a bit more impressive. My redeye Jedi was loud as well, best description I could give is dark rubber chocolatey and slightly peppery with almost a shaving cream smell.

Yeah definitely cheers to plant freedom expanding quite a bit in recent years!

But also, Florida is one of those places that does not want to legalize growing no matter what, as they are thinking about putting recreational on the ballot, of course they want that profit but I’m not sure if that would include a few plants per adult or something like that.

I wish they would revise medical here just a little bit more, as it is very controlled as far as limits you can even purchase at a time only up to 2.5 ounces in 35 days !

and no growing, sadly.

maybe one day things will change here, or I will end up going back to California eventually maybe it will be a while, but I’d rather have a little more peace of mind if I can.

Thanks man it's tough really tough, totally get it re repairs, anyone coming in the house etc. Big on odour control etc of course and the mantra "No smell, No Sell, No tell".

Massively ironic as I only how for a few close friends with challenges that big pharma cannot sort.

Are these spacemonkey or redeye?
Sorry I poorly worded that, those are all Redeye Jedi pictures. I haven't found much that strikes me as impressive as the Space Monkey or SunRa "keepers" yet but the Redeye Jedi is still very good though. One of if not the most impressive 88g13hp cross that I've tried I think. Guess it was my way of saying 8.5 or 9/10.

here's some Space Monkey pictures -- most of them have been posted here before..

Very resinous, potent and smells extremely strong like a fresh cut Christmas tree. Happy clear uplifting effects in low doses but a few extra inhalations ends up feeling like a mis-dosed edible. One of Bodhi's strains that gets a ton of hype on the various forums and in my mind it's completely deserved, at least this pine pheno is.

I have a buddy who’s thinning out a few packs he’s been holding, and may trade or sell me a pack of Dank Sinatra he got from Shoe just a few months back, it’s been in his fridge the whole time. I can trust his word as I’ve done trades with him previously, just need to decide what I can offer either strain or money wise that’s good enough for those! Lol

I think he said he got them for $250 so I know it’s not gonna be cheap or if I am trading I may have to offer two or three packs of some of what I have that’s newer to be worth the Dank Sinatra.

If I get my hands on those, I will be quick to F2 them as I would want to have that strain in my possession for a while. And possibly use it as a mom in crosses.

I will let y’all know if it comes through and I am able to get my hands on it and of course I will post a picture. Just like when I was unsure about getting the mountain temple previously.

Thanks for listening to my ramblings. I swear I will post some Bodhi pictures soon not just talk about ones I’m collecting, as soon as I finish my current grow I’ll start a pack of Bodhi with some other things I want to try and update y’all on how it goes.

happy growing and peace!

I just toss them into the glove box of the old Chevy I have out in the barn, some day I'll fix it up! Just kidding, I keep my gear In a mini-Pelican case in the back of the fridge. Most of the Appy crosses I got in 2016, who knows how they were stored in the 3-4 years before I got them. I got most from GLG but one or two I probably got from a dispensary when I was in California.
You had me going for a second LOL

Hi All

A little help required if possible.

Here is my SSDD three weeks today in living soil.

This is an F4, seeds sent by a very kind person on another forum. The mother pheno apparently smelt of Imperial Leather soap (so I'm guessing a creamy soapy smell).

I'm growing this specifically for someone with intense back pain due to damaged nerves who's never ingested cannabis before and is very underweight (so prescribed meds are off, a good thing IMO).

At three weeks could anyone shed any light on what this pheno may be? Or is it too early to say?

Had a larger almost identical male that absolutely reeks on the stem rub, cuts taken, will search for more males and make f5s next run. As many as possible to send out as a preservation thing.

I flowered her early as time is really of the essence and I'm worried about this person, so the plant is small in her 13l pot. She gets top dressed and a weekly dose of LAB and microbial tea.

Here she is....she's been defoliated a little.

View attachment 5257877View attachment 5257878View attachment 5257879

I am seriously praying she will be good for nerve pain.

The red stems are interesting, other strains in the same soil and regime don't have them so I think it's phenotypical.

This was her in veg if that helps...
View attachment 5257884

I have a bunch more f4 seeds so can run again to search but at f4 I'm guessing there will be some consistency (the male was identical, just bigger).

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
The resin on this one now reeks of blueberry muffins, this is the best news as I believe that's the nerve pain pheno. So grateful.

I took a cut of the nigh on identical male (in veg it was a bigger but identical structure and identical dank stem rub as the female). If this is the case then F5s will be made to move the line in this direction.

It will be a while but I will happily send seeds anywhere to spread this around.

Sorry to hear the reveg didn't work for you, I've been revegging plants for a few years and find some strains do struggle to revert back. I normally up pot, 24 hours of light for a week then back into 18/6, minimal water / feed and after a few weeks the shoots start. This time I had a plant from my last run, no space to up pot so down potted from 10L to 3L of soil. Cut away the roots, little fresh soil, little water and she's thankfully come through.

I hear you on the Space Monkey, had one plant out of the pack that was just phenomenal in smell, taste and high / stone.

Now that is going to be a naughty as fuck cross. Flowered the Goji a few years ago and it made a huge impression on me. It was around that time the strain, along with quite a few others disappeared from sale.

A mate from another forum saved the day and gifted me a few of his crosses the other year
Bees Beans - Copy.JPG
Nepoji is Nepali OG x Goji f3 and was an unreleased Bodhi tester
Adhesive is GG4 x Nepoji OG
Dosido is the North Cal Cut
Thunderbud is Purple Urkel x Pineapple Funk

I've ran the Adhesive (on its own) before and loved it, currently sexing a couple of crosses I made with the Adhesive female,

- Adhesive x Zour Larry (Zkittles x Sour Larry Bx2) by Thunderfudge
- Adhesive x (Ogee Kush x Triangle Mints f1) by Seed Junky

Also sexing some of the Goji x Nepoji f3

Can't speak to nerve pain but I know my bubbashine pheno of SSDD smells very strongly of hashy coffee and blueberry muffins when harvested around day 70-75. Around mid-flower the smell fades away to a more rubbery butter smell and doesn't come back until day 70+. Very dreamy and frosty stuff. Hope you find what you're looking for.

KNOWN PHENOS: 70% hybrid pheno, bubbashine smell with bigger buds, nervous system harmonizer… 20% appalachia pheno, tangy chemy buds with dulingl warm blanket high… 10% bubba/blue moonshine pheno tighter kushy nuggy dreamy pheno

Wow cool, very interested to see what sort of phenos you find in the Goji x Nepoji f3. I liked what I'm assuming to be the Nepali OG leaning phenos that I tried in Goji F1 and F2s more than the Snow Lotus leaning phenos. Wonder why it was never released. Goji's uplifting effects can be really special for sure.

Let us know if you do make F2's I think a lot of people would be open to getting those somehow, instead of buying old seeds for high prices from "reputable seed banks"

cheers
Of course I’ll be very happy to share with y’all, I will keep you guys updated as well I plan to start with mountain temple, or Hollyweed and I might have a pack of Dank Sinatra coming my way soon too.

They allow trading and stuff here now unless they took it away, but I am more active a little bit on Overgrow, if y’all are over there I usually post there more and only on here occasionally but I do go back and forth sometimes.

even if only half of each pack germs being older and all, I will still preserve them and make F2’s of at least those 3 strains and a few more older Bodhi strains I have in the vault as well!

Peace!

Thanks man, stunning pics. We may have a similar pheno, there was definitely coffee earlier on. Will be fun to see how she develops. Thanks for the input on the phenos.
