I hit 2.6, my best run so far, very happy. I trim everything by hand, tried many machines and techniques, hang dry 60rh/60F for 5-10 days, jacks 321 with silica, 1200 ppm all the way thru (strain dependant), 1500 ppm co2. I feed 3x a day in coco. Did a lot of testing and this seems like the best way to go, I'm ready to scale up
Right on man... nice pull too. What Silica product are you using... Power Si? Anything for the roots, tribus, mycos??

Been awhile. Here's a room full of Ethos Crescendo RBX1, 10 days into the flip. Let me know if you harvested that before, first run for me.View attachment 5254034View attachment 5254035
Hey dude I just breezed thru this thread and you did really good work especially for your first grow.

One thing I think you were lacking is in the genetics department, think you had clones for your first run and just noticed the bud looked like boof, didn't have much trichome content..the buds looked like they had no bag appeal> don't take offense to what im saying because I honestly think you got some crappy genetics/clones given to you. I know that's not everything but I take you have to move that bud and I know the first run stuff you had, and even some of the others would sell for way under 1000/lb around me and that's if you could even move it- people around my way wouldn't even take subpar bud these days, there's just so many cheap packs of really good bud around now. The reality is if you're growing you have to be growing the best shit around these days to sell high end work.

Breezing thru this thread though I really don't think its your grow methods...you seem to have your grow pretty dialed in, you have a good understanding of environment and keeping in a proper vpd rang for different phases of flower- again I think you just had some crappy genetics especially the first few runs, stuff just looked super airy, and had no trichs. How were the terps and nose? The last few pages the bud looked a bit improved. Genetics are one of those things you don't want to cheap out, I've seen people get crap clones and were told they were all fire strains only for them to be shit and ruin their grows.

I think if you got some good cuts or killer genetics in seedform in your room, you'd do really well. I'd drop the ethos gear, his stuff is subpar. I have run ethos strains and think they lack potency, onky strain that was decent was the crescendo. If you had that room filled with say Gary payton or Grape Gasoline I'd bet you'd pull some absolute fire. Dm me if you need some recommendations. Please dont take offense to waht i said- you're a good grower most people would've have failed doing a grow your size for their first run but you did great, now I would love to see you run some top teir genetics.

You’re right on, i had really shitty genetics. Many people claim a lot of stuff in this business and I guess I didn’t do enough homework on that side of the business. That being said, I’m finally getting some good genetics for the next run. Got some cuts from growers I’ve met and I’ve seen end results, really stoked about it.
If anyone wants to trade cuts let me know, I’m interested for sure, preferably inside Canada!

Ya dude glad you figured it out...honestly if you had top notch cuts right from the start I think would've knocked put of the park right on your first run....I could tell the genetics where the deciding factor, not your growing.
