I don't know if they are legit or not, never used them, but there are somethings that are kind of sus. First the address is a house in East Oakland off international which is ghetto. Lived in Oakland for 5 years. The phone number is a Virginia number. The inventory I swear looks exactly the same as treestars had about 4 months ago before compounds apples and bananas drop, could be wrong though. They have dogstyle in stock would I thought was treestar exclusive, could be wrong (and surprised its not sold out). Alot of the packs were added in the last 5 days, could be just a new site? And you can add 100 packs and it will let u without giving u the inventory.They're @universalseedsbank on IG, has anyone used this bank? im, not saying this to defend anything but you can get a business address through various companies where as your actual location or store inventory wont be there but its considered a business address
Hopefully you're right...but if I don't have a tracking # in a few hours think I may have gotten burned. 1st time for everything I guess, was a dumb move on my part. When I started getting a bad feeling, sure enoungh seedbank person messaged me on ig saying, "hey why did you report the cashapp payment you sent me do you want a refund?" I never reported shit, I sent $370 and it went thru and I immediately sent a screenhot proving it went thru and no payment was ever reported.

Did you try Instagram dm? A while ago when I had some issues with him he preferred communicating on it vs email. Also if you post your issue in the terpy thread there's a good chance he may see it and try to contact you.
They're on discord. That's how I usually talk to them. Also.. their email address is customerservice at terpyseeds dot com. I do remember there being another email address on their page that isn't correct or what they recommend. Maybe that's why you're having trouble reaching them. Also.. from experience.. they are slow to respond. That's why I use discord to get I'm touch with them.
Appreciate it. I've already exhausted all those options. I tried to resolve this before going to a public forum. I got banned from Terpy' s discord for asking about my order. . I was 8/8 with GLO. 0/1 with Terpy.
