Week 5 autoflower trimming fan leaves?

Im week 5 on my autoflowers and the top fan leaves are really affecting the lowers from getting light. Is it safe to chop a few off at this stage in growth? I dont have pics yet but will post when i get home. There are only a few i would need to cut off each plant for now.

I remove leaves as needed throughout my entire grows, whether autoflower or photoperiod.

As long as the plant is healthy it’s not going to mind.

Ok good i know youve replied to most of my posts my plants were stunted pretty bad but they are trying to bush out now and growing fast and looking really healthy but the fan leaves are blocking a lot since the plants are smaller and the leaves are huge. Lol
