You sound like a fellow adrenaline junkie, :bigjoint:
Defiantly. My former hobby was road racing motorcycles. I owned 2 race teams. We'd do 4-12 hour endurance races on a R6 at Texas World Speedway, Hallet, Texas Motorsports Ranch, Oak Hill Raceway, etc in the SW. I never got hurt really bad, but a few of my team mates have taken ambulance rides off the track after crashing my shit. I chose my team mates wisely.. I made sure they had 2 things... 1. Bank 2. Fast lap times.

What's it like living in OK?
It is relaxed. Easy living. Empty land. Beautiful girls. Rednecks. It's cheap. The living, the land, the girls, and the rednecks. :) and some of the best sunsets in the us.
When the tornado sirens kick on, I just lick a finger, stick it in the air, then I say "It doesn't feel like Im gonna die tonight." It works everytime. I don't even have a hidey hole. I just embrace the ride. Didn't ask to be here, have to leave at some point that is not of my choosing, so whenever that is, it is fine with me.

I'm no stranger to extreme weather and I'm a good ole boy, this sounds acceptable.

Yeah. Definitely in okc, tulsa, maybe lawton. Gay rednecks will clean a mess of fish or dress a deer and then suck you off. Something for everybody in ok.
Cool thanks. Can I still get the inexpensive property the other guy was talking about in okc?
Housing market in okc is fucking insane right now. Im thinking about selling properties just to cash in.

It's defiantly going through a sellers market right now. I wished I was ready to sell. Back in 2001, I found The Compound. 12 acres of partially wooded land, I built my house (about 1800 sq ft) and a 30x40 shop. Materials were cheap back then. I was all in at $136K for everything. Glad I've held onto it, I still love it out here, but right now, I could flip it for close to 1M. I've added one more home (dads summer home), a pond, and another shop, and an operating 1400sq ft Grow op. But, I've got about 9 more years I think before I get tired of taking care of it. It's alot of work. I manicure about 7 acres of it. The rest are trees.

Got a good friend here local that sold her home and 1/2 acre lot for $655K.. This is in a town of less than 2500 people, and pretty much just white people. She sold it in about 72 hours.
