I'm not a hardcore Trump supporter like a lot of his followers but I would definitely take him over Biden.
Couldn’t get enough of the winning, huh?
I agree all of these people claiming widespread fraud are delusional and need to move on. I think there is probably some fraud in every election but not enough to affect the outcome. I don't think Biden got so many votes because that many people like him, I just think theres that many people that hate Trump.
Looks like there was wide spread fraud after all, committed by trump and the gang.

A common arguement is well there's states that are working to de-certify the electoral votes. When I try to explain thats not how this works and that doesnt have any legal significance they just don't get it.
I think there is more to it than just hating tRUMP
In 2016 he lost by 4 million votes and the right made it its mission to hate Hillary
tRUMP was never popular and even less once he went full blown Hitler
With his “don’t believe what you see or hear” campaign
The real question is how are Republicans willing to abandon all principles and still act like he is worthy of Americans support

Thank you. I voted for Biden but he wasn't my first choice.

I have a difficult time voting for the GOP at all at this stage since they elected to deny truth & are actively destroying democracy. It makes no sense to reject election reforms (3 times before the election) & auditable hand marked paper ballots, a real solution, & then to enact restrictive voting laws for "voter fraud" that doesn't exist.

The GOP literally has no platform. It's simply rhetoric from Trump. E.g., how does the GOP address wealth inequality? During the very late stages of the 2016 campaigns the GOP finally came around to say wealth inequality was a serious issue that should be aaddresed. After Trump's victory that all went out the window and they pushed $1.5 TRILLION UP. It's a non-existent topic to the GOP now.

It is more of the voter suppression from the Republicans that I am concerned about. And their burying any actual response to the brainwashing propaganda that the right wing hate mongers have developed over the last few decades to divide us up (as well as being ok with the Russian military using it to screw with our democracy).

I'm really not a fan of most politicians and I don't think many of them care about the people they're supposed to represent, including Trump and Biden.

There will never be true change unless the left vs right war stops and people realise the government is the problem, not the average citizen that voted differently than them.

Absolutely, the war must end. I do believe Biden cares but I also believe he wears those politician goggles pretty often.

I don't see the government as the problem. Politicians control that. Case in point is the IRS. Both parties elected to shift towards automation. That's fine but, of course, normally automation means profiling & stronger enforcement & technical problems for the small taxpayer with less enforcement for the big fish. Then one party attacked the IRS over a claim of bias (none existed) & drastically cut their budget while changing tax laws at the last second before the filing deadlines thus overwhelming a smaller IRS staff. They created the problem & now attack the current admin & the IRS over the problem they created.

My wife & I never got the $2,800 stimulus for that reason. My 2019 tax return, a manual return, was never posted due to lack of personnel so we were out of luck. BTW, I'm still waiting for that return to be posted. After being told to wait I resent it on Sept 2.

We need cooperation but the GOP has chosen a deny the truth\scorched earth policy.

I concur in spirit, the country is made up of a wide range of people with a wide range of views. Politics should be the art of compromise. It is why I am not in favor term limits, being a skilled politician that can work out a complex deal is a rare trait and one that takes time to develop.

I dont think that's true in practice at the moment and am not willing to compromise with the trumplicans. They are not tethered to reality. Can't really meet in the middle on jfk Jr coming back from the dead, or attempts to undermine elections.

Edit: hey @Offmymeds , you should grab TurboTax or whatever and look into refiling. The irs situation isn't getting better, they are so understaffed they can't handle manual work/requests.

The closest thing to a statesman in the GOP is Romney. That's it & he's an out-of-touch multi-millionaire. The GOP is Trump now.

Re TurboTax. Thanks, but actually I'm a CPA. Electronic filing isn't an option any longer & I was told not to re-file some time ago because of the personnel shortage.

I think people should know that gov't employees aren't inherently bad, even IRS employees. Most of the time they want to be as helpful as possible but they have legal limits they must abide by. On the rare occasion when I find an IRS rep having a bad day with an attitude I simply tell him\her that my computer crashed & I must call back later.

All of that business about conservative bias by the IRS was just noise. The 501(c)(3) non-profits were and still are simply vehicles for avoiding taxation while operating politically.

Anti-government sentiment lead to the attack on 1/06/21
Nothing helps autocrats like homegrown terrorism
Pretty sure disgracing the flag was a big deal till the violent right swapped it for a tRUMP flag too
Americans don’t want antigovernment types which explains the disdain for libertarians

If Biden cares he sure has a strange way of showing it. I don't like the guy but I can't help but feel a little bad when I see him speak. I think his wife shoukd be ashamed of herself for supporting him since he obviously isn't all there anymore.

I disagree with January 6th just as much as i do with the riots that went on for 6 months. The left makes excuses saying the riots were for social justice and the right will say its justified because it wasnt a fair election. I call bullshit on both of those claims.

I have lived in Ireland since 2017 anyways so luckily I have been able to avoid all of the bullshit.

no...i thnk maybe you're the one who don't get it...trump gave a fuck about legal significance, if he could have gotten enough people to sell their souls for him, we'd still be trying to exterminate his cockroach family out of the whitehouse

What are you referring to? Bidens decling mental state, the insurrection or the hypocritical BLM leaders who only make an appearance around election time and don't do anything to help the black community?

The only illegal fraud going on was with the magats.
The Villages in FL is a magat haven and visited frequently by right wing nutjobs.
4 of the residents were arrested for voter fraud.......voting twice.
2 of the residents were county commissioners.........they were arrested for perjury.
MAGA.......LMFAO.
The repubs can't win without cheating.
I avoid the villages like the plague.

Biden's mental state is better than trumps ever was, and i'm guessing better than yours...you have a law degree from syracuse university? were you a senator for 36 years? were you the vice president of the united states for 8 years? if the man slips once in a while, who gives a fuck? trump could barely read a teleprompter, and didn't understand 90% of what he was parroting back, he just trusted his speech writers, and then rambled off point continuously...

Did Democrats get a vaccine against media influence  Yall crack me up with how smart you think you are  Here we are over a year into this trainwreck of a president, and still I hear about Trump daily. It's almost like you bring up Trump to divert attention from the utter failure of this administration. You can argue all you want, what's Bidens approval rating bongsmilie
