Seeing this trump shit, I'm reminded of all the past Presidents. Once out of office, they are in demand for speaking events, and they are typically paid BIG money for a speech. The events are in large, up-scale meeting rooms, with a lot of glitz and glamour. This goes on for many years, and their net worth increases because of the income from speeches.
In recent memory, only the idiot Bush didn't get these speaking gigs, and he was whining about it. Now the moron Trump is not being invited to speak, and he has to set up his own "rally," in a field in front of a row of porta-potties.

New York prosecutors set deadline for Trump on legal action – report
Ex-president’s lawyers have 24 hours Monday to say why the Trump Organization should not face charges, reports claim
New York prosecutors have given lawyers for Donald Trump 24 hours to respond with any last arguments as to why criminal charges should not be filed against his family business, according to a report on Sunday.
The deadline set for Monday was another strong signal that the Manhattan district attorney, Cyrus Vance, and the New York attorney general, Letitia James, are considering criminal charges against the former president’s company as an entity, according to sources quoted by the Washington Post.
On Friday, it was reported that Vance could announce charges against the Trump Organization and its chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg, within seven days.
Any criminal charges would be the first in Vance’s probe into Trump and his business dealings.
Legal experts have said an indictment against the Trump Organization could bankrupt the company by undermining its relationships with banks and other business partners.
Vance’s office has said it was investigating “possibly extensive and protracted criminal conduct” at the Trump Organization, including tax and insurance fraud and falsification of business records.
Even if no charges were brought, Vance’s investigation could complicate any return to politics by Trump, who has lost some of his ability to communicate publicly after being permanently banned from Twitter and suspended for two years by Facebook.
James’ office has been investigating whether the Trump Organization inflated the values of some properties to obtain better terms on loans, and lowered their values to obtain property tax breaks.

Former President Trump on Monday lashed out at Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), incensed by a forthcoming book that reports McConnell urged former Attorney General William Barr to push back on Trump's falsehoods after November's election.
Trump implied that had McConnell intervened to block the certification of President Biden's electoral votes, the Senate GOP leader would not be in a position where he is navigating bipartisan infrastructure talks.
"Had Mitch McConnell fought for the Presidency like he should have, there would right now be Presidential Vetoes on all of the phased Legislation that he has proven to be incapable of stopping," Trump said in a Monday statement, reiterating his belief that Republicans lost both Senate runoff races in Georgia in January because of McConnell.
"He never fought for the White House and blew it for the Country," Trump said. "Too bad I backed him in Kentucky, he would have been primaried and lost!"
Barr told Karl that McConnell, at the time the Senate majority leader, had urged him to push back against Trump's falsehoods, worrying that Trump's rhetoric would cost the GOP in January's Senate runoff elections in Georgia. Democrats went on to win both races and control of the Senate as a result.
"Now it was revealed that Barr was being pushed to tell lies about the election by Mitch McConnell, another beauty, who was worried about damaging the Republicans chances in the Georgia runoff," Trump said in a statement late Sunday.
