No problem my friend. They will be fine probably, they're not going to hermie. Raise the light as much as possible for sure. Then you have two options:
a) Dim the light to 70% maybe?
b) Apply some training techniques to lower the tops.
I would personally go with the second option despite being a little harder to do. Do some research on Low Stress Training (LST) and Supercropping (HST). With LST, you tie down the branches and pull them. With Supercropping, you pinch and twist and stem until you feel the insides breaking down. Then you bend the stem and you're all good. Supercropping is not recommended during flowering but I've done with great success. Do research before you apply any technique. Safer bet is LST.
I ended up cutting the white piece off my top because it just didn't look right. Below is the bleached top back then, and how it looks right now.
