Saddam was not promoting propaganda, it was a display of a prisoner who he said was going to be held hostage in one of the buildings subject to US bombing. This is fact. It isn't subject to debate or can be rationally disagreed with.
I’m with ya. I used “to be fair” in this case as an expression. I have a few pics on my phone where my daughter was pissed about something (probably her mother) that turned out like that.
