Removed fans leaves

I’m still on veg and I had to remove fan leaves due to Septoria. In the picture I included, will those buds grow even though I removed the fans leaves underneath it?

it started on the bottom leaves. At first I though it would a calmag issue but the older leaves at the bottom were affected first.

Slow down and dont pull off anymore leaves. Looks like a deficiency not septoria.

too late, I thought thats what is was and removed the effected leaves. Now it looks like I schwazzed.
