Little white worm alike

I found these white worms, moving in my coco. They are not flying but hasty little things. I have 3 plants in flower(week3) , only one of them has it but plant looks really healthy, no sign of any damage whatsoever. What should I do?

Springtails they are 80% beneficial in soil I would say. They are more irritating in hydroponics, not so much in soil.

2nd one for springtails.

they are detrivorous feeders feeding on decaying matter and fungi.

ive Only ever seen them be problematic in young plants when numbers are vast.

Tip of the leaves are showing some signs? The plant with the bugs is the only one have these burns. Should I be concerned?
