This was in my opinion an overt Act of War, and there should be major consequences

Remember the G-20 Summit and that secret meeting with Putin that had only the Russian translator? My guess is Daddy Vlade reminded Trump of what he has over him (including money laundering). Then, Trump proceeds to publicly take Putin's word over his entire national security departments. I doubt Trump cares about anything sexual they might have, he has more serious things to hide.

You're in for a great deal of disappointment.

Trump will never have to answer for anything he ever did in office. Ever. Others might, but Trump will not.

They (the GOP) will never apologize and never condemn Trump for anything. They'll just change their tune one morning after Trump is no longer of any use to them and move on.

What you will see is Biden put the screws to Russia is very short order. He'll sanction them until they can't rub two pennies together. And it will last as long as he is in office or until he dies, whichever comes first.

New York State and City are the only people who will actively go after Trump, and they will do so until he dies or winds up so broke he can't pay attention. Trump will never do a day in jail, but he will be financially ruined eventually. He'll die just as his mentor Roy Cohn did.

So you have that going for you.

I was thinking the same thing as you probably at the same moment, seeing as this is what I was just going too post

We, Humankind, are in dire/desperate straights right now, something that we actually have no control over for a change, this being a simple pathogen, a natural occurrence that has/will set us/civilization back decades of development & cause millions of causalities.
Is there going to be a positive from COVID-19?
Maybe, if we as a World Community can finally fucking understand that we are all into it/this together, all of us, not simply the Russians/Americans/Chinese or other Nations pitted against each other in a constant state of conflict.
The writings are on the wall, & if we do not act, together/united, primarily with the affects of climate change, we as a species are going the way of the fucking Dinosaur.
