Need help diagnosing problem.

Im growing a few new strains this run, also running a new line of nutrients. I believe I have over fed the last round of watering, as i found of my ppm meter was way off, i was feeding around 1000ppm instead of my goal of about 600. Cheap ppm meters suck , and i should have had a second to verify with in the first place.
But since then, i have noticed extremely weird growth. At night close to lights off specifically, the tops stick straight up towards the light like in the pictures. Also, my new growth is extremely stunted, and the growth is tiny and deformed. Can anyone tell me what the issue here is, and if theres anyway to fix it other than just giving it clean ro water for a few waters and seeing how she does?? Ive personally never experienced growth like this, even with past experience with over watering / nute burn. Im still relatively new though.
Im running pro mix bp soil
athena nutrients
power si
5.8 ph
My ppms is where i believed i got messed up. Thank you guys!

First of all, your ph is too low for soil. Shoot for another point up to 6.8 This is not as easy as just pumping in 6.8 mix. This is just my experience, so take it as you will. But when I have gotten a batch of soil that reads 5.5 on my meter (Apera), I have to mix at 10 ph or higher to get it to move. I only have to do this a couple of feedings, and then it will settle to mid 6’s. Around week 3 or 4 of flower, I will have to do it again, but not as aggressive... like maybe 8 ph. But, at 5.8, you’re getting nute lockout. This is for MY SOIL, so yours may buffer differently.

My Nutrient chart advises for 5.8-6.0 for the type of medium im using. Pro mix requires a 6.8 on ph..?
Edit: Pro mix is a "soiless" medium, is a higher ph still recommended?

Also, how are you measuring your PH? You got a good soil probe like a BlueLab or Apera?
honestly no. Only testing water and runoff. cheap vivosun meters. already found out i need to invest in better testers as my ppm meter was off by almost 400. Im thinking that feed cause it was a heavier one was probably the cause of this maybe? Im not sure :/
