Seedling not Growing

That's how she looks now. Still no growth and yellowing pretty bad with all but the top set of leaves. What is a cloning unit?

I hate to say it.. but start a new seed.. even if that thing comes back that's some trauma and in the time you are using to save it you could have had a new one going already.

So...after 6 weeks, this thing is still alive. Granted, it has barely grown at all. I'm thinking it's a dud...Anyway, I planted a new one a few days ago and look at her go! (Old one is on the left and new one is on the right.)

Just out of curiosity, has anyone seen a plant do what this one is doing? ie. not growing but also not dying.

Yeah.. the first and last time i ever ran autos.. i will never touch them again.. i let a plant go for 4 months it never got over 10" tall.. i figured i had fucked up so eventually i killed it and popped another seed.. same exact thing happened. Waiting on one like that to perk up is just wasting time you could be growing something good..

Interesting. These seeds are just regular, non-sexed seeds. I wonder if, whatever mutation allows seeds to become autos, affected this one. Oh well...Second one is growing well...Just have to get up the nerve to move it to the DWC and give that another try.

Mutations don't make autos.. it's the addition of ruderalis genetics.. which autoflower on their own.

Just curious, why are you growing non sexed seeds?

Got some seeds from a friend. They are just regular, run of the mill. Not auto and not feminized. I tried to order feminized seeds here, but they have been out since it was legalized. Thought I'd give this a try before spending $60 for 4 seeds, online.

K.. no idea where you live but if it's in the states google new420guyseeds... he ships super fast, his prices are amazing and his seeds have always popped 100% for me.. i suggest the durban poison and white widow..

The problem with using random seeds is you can get literally 3 months in and have to kill a plant, it's not worth it just to save a few bucks.. :)

I'm in Canada, but your reasoning is still sound. I may do that, if these ones don't work out. Thanks for the advice!

I would use 1/4 strength nutrient at the stage . You also have to let them day out all the way between waterings.
Why not get a simple recirculating dripper in leca or coco ( I personal don't like coco) with a timer . 15 minutes on 30 off is a good combo.
If you've been feeding them allot , full strength nutrients give them nothing but water for few days .

I will be transferring the growing one to my DWC (As soon as I get brave enough). It is already triple the size of any plant I have ever grown....no idea why.

A plant that small I would drop her in a hempy bucket... it would probably take off for you in no time!
I'm torn with what to do with the small one...The image you see there is after almost 8 weeks of growing. The one on the right is now GIANT. Like some sort of mutation. It's HUGE! That's the one I am going to transfer into the DWC...possibly today...

The little one in this picture sprout on 4/19, so about a month old.. I don’t know what I did wrong. The clone next to it was placed in soil with nub roots...same day as it popped, and I’ve topped it..

So I said forget it, let’s see if I can speed thing up with a hempy bucket. 3:1 perlite and vermiculite..1/8 grow big, 12 hours later I see progress..I just keep watering until I change to bigger cup/pot.61056C05-048E-435B-8117-A224913DD73F.jpeg
