High altitude burners are setup for less oxygen so they allow more air to the fuel mix. For low altitude you will want the correct air to fuel ratio.Does anyone know if a high altitude propane burner will still burn correctly at lower elevations, like 1500ft or do the orifices absolutely need to be changed out to regular LP?
Thanks in advance!
Kinda what I was thinking, the holes that let air into the burner tip may be too big and make the flame burn weird, or worse make a bunch of carbon monoxideHigh altitude burners are setup for less oxygen so they allow more air to the fuel mix.
