Help needed with white widow autos

Seed sprouted 2/5 and seems to me there a bit small. Also leaf tips are curling and leaves just don’t look right. They are yellowing and just not growing. I have them under 20-4 light schedule. Hlg 300.

5 gallon cloth pots with mixture of fox farm ocean, black gold, and coco. Any idea what’s going on? I’ve only grown outdoors and did great last year. This is in a 3x3 tent so light should be more than enough

Plus coco will dry out even faster in smart/fabric pots needi g to watered more and soil will feed those nutes more often. Not a fan of coco + soil mixes or coco and smart/fabric pots at all.

FFOF will NOT power my autos more than 30 days so unless your chopping at 30 it will not make it all the way through
