And i vent out a tile vent into the outside air after carbon filtering.
Insulating the tent without a fire risk ??

You mean besides the powerful grow light in a material tent, fire risk, nothing we do is without risk.
For example. It’s easier to control the environment of a room within a room.
think of it this way.
if your tent was in a bedroom it’s easier to control the tent temperature because your bedroom is in a stable environment.
By creating a small box room within your loft you are making a smaller environment to stay in control of.
if the ambient temp of your loft on an average Day is 16C then the external material of your tent will be 16c meaning that the walls will be cool.
if you ambient temp of your loft is 24C then the walls of your tent will be 24C meaning they are giving back heat into the room that you need to deal with.
By creating a room in your loft space you are in effect double insulating your grow tent.
this will have even more benefit if you eventually insulate your entire loft space.

it’s great that you are exhausting out of a tile vent in the roof. Step 2 complete.
step 3 is to now make sure you can Control the tent environment even if the ambient loft temperature is 7C or whether it’s 27C.
By creating an extra skin around your tent will help you to control this.
you will want an air gap between the external skin and the walls of your tent.
This way there is an air layer to dissipate external loft temperatures.
Personally if you have the means and the skill to build it then this is the route I would go down making sure you insulate the new room to house your tent.
by doing it this way you’ll be able to control the environment via your intake air temp and by how much exhaust you run etc.
If your intake air temp is always 19C then you can guarantee (as long as you’ve spec’d you’re fan and filter correctly) you’ll be able to control the temp within 21-27C.
most people don’t use the right sized Fan and filter combos though, as most people don’t add 20% extra fanpower for a filter attached, 10% for every bend in ductwork, 10% for every 5m OF ducting, 10-20% depending upon light choice etc.

RVK150A1 Fan 460m3/h
SMS FAN SPEED CONTROLLER set to 22C and kept out of direct light
RhinoPro 900m3/h carbon filter.
Tubular Heater (timed to come on dark cycle)
Dehumidifier (when req)
Humidifier (when req)
OSc fan
I have screened external intakes and I exhaust into my well ventilated loft space.
my room is a storage cupboard within my house upstairs that I have Adjusted and adapted to suit my needs.
I use my 400w over a 3ft x 3ft floor space but my room is 3.3ft W x 7ft L x 8ft H
In your situation the only true way of knowing for sure is to set your tent up and run it to see hi’s and Lo’s and then do it again if you build the box around it and insulate.
