They can say what they want. They don’t tell you what diodes they use(I’m sure Chinese crap), the technology they use is outdated and old. The video you try to show is from like 8 years ago, Led’s have come a lot farther since. Like I said before with Hlg, Rapidled, budgetled, no reason to use old crappy lights.

The article is from 4 years ago. Yes technology hasn’t advanced one time since. The owner of the lush lighting store who mind you makes a living selling these light said not to buy them lolol. You have fun with ur outdated lights and shitty efficiency.

I read the article then realized its from 2016. They claim penetration is due to intensity and the invert square law but that's an old af hps claim and it's actually from light diffusion aka spread which will give you way better growth. They make a lot of claims of their spectrum being the key but I checked out their website and they don't even bother to put a spectrometer report in their pdf or even include the umol/j of their fixture which I believe is the horticultural standard of light quality these days. I also don't think it says anywhere which diodes they use and goes without saying is shady marketing.

If math is involved, as the reason to appeal to emotion...this generation of lights is comparable in PPFD output to CFL at 10x the price, thats the scam!

Not that crappy underpowered LEDs wont grow cannabis, spoiler......they do. There is a reason that these light sell for pennies nowadays at places like Ebay or such.....
