Hey SS, how long do you veg for after you've acquired the X amount of tops you want? Let's say 18 tops you have them tied down and even, how long would you veg at this point. I'm asking because I plan to try this in my stealth grow which is only 56inchs in head height, minus the 5gal bucket they are sitting in. Should I expect to flip right after getting my acquired tops?

I know this also depends greatly on strain and I only plan to grow indica dominant strains in this cabinet and I also use blue supplement LEDs during stretch to keep the plants shorter.

i have 46 inches of total height in 2 boxes and i grow led so i am obligated to grow as flat as possible

so your plant manipulation makes alot of sense.

Do I see this correctly you top at the first node? How about the timing?
Second node and i guide them out in a T-Shape from there and next as they grow out i only keep the horizontal secondaries and remove the vertical ones to not overcrowed her and when they are a week into flower i start binding and bending 4 inward to fill in the middle part....like in this next session i did this morning on the Malawi gold578EF997-C60E-4879-BD3A-165EBD3EA7F5.jpeg7CD9C82D-0398-414F-8728-41D733A4CAE5.jpegDDEDBFB4-241C-495C-894F-A9DFA42871BF.jpeg76B1F383-FB74-438D-9847-EB1CC9DFDBEC.jpegD0F8A8BD-74CA-4747-B7E7-2BBC35049E63.jpeg0F73C269-F8E6-405E-950B-D925BD5ECE24.jpeg

Starting a flux:strain: BlackBerry moonrocks autoflower:
Grow out untill 4th nodeDFA91D2F-B4AB-4E39-8EEF-8C28F04DDB6F.jpeg
Next step is to top down to second node(placed a sissor)
12C39ED8-9158-4997-8347-D64451186347.jpeg
And cut of the first node
9F262B23-7C51-47DC-AD79-767BEC51E111.jpeg
Next let recover and when she is just starting to grow outFD4B7BAA-9FDE-4812-A2C0-4FF85AB74B37.jpeg54217FDB-CE4E-4004-A0E7-8236B8A0947D.jpeg
Guide her in a T-shape to start

Now this is how a flux training or turtlemainline starts

Very interesting, I'll be following allong. Who did teach this technique to you, or is it your invention? The carcass whats left after harvest looks like these facehugger creatures from the Alien movies. :D

This Fruity Pebbles strain looks amazing.... its a really remarkable budform plus the color and then these top leaves look like ears :D

BTW can you say from experience how many nodes will be there with a pair of leaves, or does this change from plant to plant? It seems to me your only using the pairy nodes, isn't it?

Out of exp i use the pairy ones because they are more open(meaning the inner works of the stem) to guide the nutes arround in a more even way then the unpairy ones....for what reason i still am figuring out but she recovers faster from topping when you top at 2nd-4th and so on like you would with basic mainline and the flow of nutes

You can also see when i take a sideshot over the stem of the Malawi that the base is lower then all the ends in the flux...its only a difference of 1inch but it improves the flow of nutriënts arround the girl significantly and helps for faster growth

And there are books published over the technique but i found out after i did it myself and before the book was published i perfected it over the years of practice so i can preform it also on auto’s but the slightest mistake with this technique in auto’s can be a dissaster to your final result
But if all Goes good you can become results like this:gorilla glue auto by fastbuds 195gram of dried buds at harvest she yeilded shy of 900 gram of trimmed wet Bud and lost 1 to mold unfortunatly so she could have reached 210-215EC8DCDFA-BD84-427F-B041-C91C8B981B55.jpeg
