GH Maxi-Bloom altered again

March 4, 2017, I posted about GH Maxi-Bloom altering their formula without indicating that they had changed it, neither on the package or their website.

https://www.rollitup.org/t/gh-maxibloom-altered-formula.935473/

I decided to use up the remaining batch, but ran out with only 3 weeks to go, so I bought another 2K bag

This bag has been changed they again, this time it was very noticeable as the new formula is an extremely bright pink, actually looks like Kool-Aid, but it also appears to be more granular thus it does mix up well.

And once again, no indication on the packaging or the website.

Oh, Oh! I know that gets your goat!

Likely another simple change to a cheaper source for components.

BTW. Scotts is not Monsatan........ While I have issues with Scott's. They are not Monsanto..... They only teamed up to develop organic soils and feeds (timed release) to use in those soils. They also contracted to help develop organic turf products.....In fact your now seeing those resulting products hitting the market in the form of MG organic soil's and feeds. (Ass Hat's)

It's cheaper to hire those with chemical engineers to help you design things. Then it is to hire your own and create a new R&D dept. OR, branch there of..

Don't get me wrong here! As a farmer, I find Monsatan as pure evil. The Devil incarnate... Scott's is just a demon from that hell. The one Monsatan runs!

Now that GH is owned by Scotts/Hawthorne/Mon$anto/Bayer it probably has all sorts of new things in it. What they are won't be listed on the label either.

Do not drink the Kool-Aid! ;)

:peace:

Scott's is NOT owned by any of those others you listed... They are a stand alone company....

When Scott's bought G&H It was to open new area's of profit.... They made a real promise to "NOT" change the formula. From everything I hear. They have not at all..... They simply do the "Big Business" practice of changing source materials for cost reductions...... The formula's may deliver the same on paper but, What minor chemical difference's are in those new components?

I mean your delivering the same NPK and mineral's by amount......But what ISK worry's about is what is different about that new component, and what effect does that have on my plants.....

Just saying....

Scotts used money from Mon$atan to purchase GH, Botanicare and Gavita thru a front company called Hawthorne who now has a huge line of commercial growing products ranging from home growing to commercial.

Canadian Tire and Walmart here sells Hawthorne products under the name Root Farm.

They are intrinsically linked and for all effects and purposes one and the same in their goal to dominate the cannabis market.

The recent takeover bid of U.S. seed company Monsanto by German-based drug and crop chemical maker Bayer could mean the death of the infant marijuana industry and the birth of genetically modified corporate cannabis.

Marijuana industry insiders believe that the international corporation will destroy the industry, genetically modify the seeds and rob people of the diversity and natural benefits of cannabis.

Besides the health fears associated with GMOs, the company also plans to supply the necessary chemicals and fertilizers to attack marijuana seed breeders in the same way that Monsanto used RoundUp to attack farmers worldwide.

Bayer’s history includes making chemical weapons, providing material support (as part of the Farben group) for Hitler’s genocidal war crimes, using slave labor, and creating toxic and deadly products.

Bayer was the first company to mass produce and mass market heroin worldwide.

Monsanto has similarly made or contributed to the making of harmful products including saccharin, PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls), nuclear weapons, polystyrene, DDT, Agent Orange, RoundUp (glyphosate), bovine growth hormone (rGBH), Aspartame, GMOs, and dioxin.

As you know from previous BigBudsMag.com articles, Monsanto makes poisons, GMOs, and other products proven to harm people and the environment.

Monsanto has a deep business partnership with Scotts Miracle-Gro, a convicted corporate criminal– and Scott’s Miracle-Gro is trying to take over the marijuana industry.

In the past two years, a Scotts Miracle-Gro front group purchased General Hydroponics, Botanicare, and Gavita.

Scotts Miracle-Gro CEO Jim Hagadorn says he intends to spend as much as HALF A BILLION DOLLARS to buy out the cannabis industry.

Major hydroponics nutrients, lighting, soil, and other grow equipment manufacturers report they’ve also been offered takeover bids by Scotts Miracle-Gro or its “Hawthorne” front company.

One major hydroponics lighting manufacturer told BigBudsMag.com that Scotts Miracle-Gro wanted to buy most of their bulbs and sell them at Home Depot and other discount stores.

“They indicated they want to bypass hydroponics retail stores,” the hydroponics lighting rep told us. “When we said we won’t get in bed with them to hurt the hydro industry, they said, ‘Well, we could just buy your whole company like we did with Gavita and do whatever we want.’”

Maximum Yield Magazine, which bans marijuana hydroponics nutrients company Advanced Nutrients from its indoor gardening expo events, welcomed a Monsanto affiliate into its Boston gardening expo several years ago.

This despite the fact that Monsanto and Scotts Miracle-Gro have long been partners with the DEA to produce poisons used in the wars against marijuana and coca plants.

The biggest problem with Monsanto, Bayer, and Scotts Miracle-Gro linking up globally is that their goals are to control the world’s seed supply, food supply, agricultural chemicals, fertilizers, and medicines.

“These corporations have reduced the variety and availability of native seeds,” he says. “They genetically modify crops so farmers have to buy new seeds every year, and use corporate chemicals like RoundUp to grow them. They’d do the same thing with GMO marijuana.”

The corporate interests and immense political power of Bayer, Monsanto, and Scotts Miracle-Gro, enforced by the World Trade Organization and international patent law, could result in corporate ownership of marijuana seed stock, prohibition of cannabis growers producing their own strains, GMO marijuana, and decrease in the number of cannabis strains available.

If you want these assholes to run the show then by all means support them with your money. They're not getting a dime off of me.

here is just a few more companies owned/controlled by Monsanto that you may consider to boycott

View attachment 4329458

Luckily most of those products are full of chemicals like artificial sweeteners and colours so I won't buy them nor any product containing High Fructose Corn Syrup and that's in almost every processed food these days. In Canada HFCS is on the label as Glucose-Fructose and often one of the first three ingredients which means there is lots of it in there as they list the ingredients by the amount in the product in descending order.

Eventually every processed food will be owned by World Corp so it will be easier to decide what to boycott. All of it! :D

Are we quoting from AN's magazine and website? BigBudsMag is simply a propaganda rag for AN!
I know you hate them but, some of that sounds like rather over the top conspiracy theory shit.....Like the Bloomberg group is taking over the world and all world leaders are in on it....

Now the Scot's thing about wanting to wipe out cannabis growing.....I believe that one. That ass hat CEO is a cannabis hater from wayyyy back! That is a long history in that company..

Now lets see here. If I remember correctly. Monsatan has only modified 8 plant types. This would include other strains of that type. Not all strains have been done either...

If I ran a magazine like Max Yield....I would ban AN from my expo's too... They are the nutrient Monsatan of the cannabis industry... Pure profit monger.....Big Mike has a special place in hell.
I know you use AN and like their products.....This is all a choice and a point of view...

I'll stick with my organic's and limited KIND line......

Oh, thanks for sharing your opinion though.....

Just about to mention this . . .

Hawthorne (AKA Monsanto) is making sure that certified organic amendments are disappearing from stores and grow shops at a fast pace. Who they cannot buy, they pressure their retailers NOT to stock any legit organic products. In the meantime they also sully the meaning of 'natural' and 'organic'. Capitalizing on plain ignorance and a 'trending' world.
