Diagnosis?

Strain:
Inhouse genetics Og Juanito
Medium: FF happy frog
Nutrients: FF Big bloom, and Tiger bloom
Temps: 70-78 F
Humidity: 40-50%
Light: Cheap 600w LED
Flowering: 35 days

A little backstory, this is my second grow. The plant was fed FF Big Bloom, and FF Kangaroots during veg... seemed to be going good off of the soil otherwise so I didn't use the Grow Big. Initially when I flipped to 12/12 I noticed yellowing towards the lower fan leaves. So I began giving it FF Tiger Bloom half strength every other watering in hopes to combat the issue. Noticed a slight burn at the tips, so I backed off to just water/water/feed. Things didn't seem to progress at first and suddenly I've noticed some of the major fan leaves higher up are starting to lose color. The veins particularly seem light. Any ideas what this may be? And how to fix the issue?

It looks to be lacking nitrogen. Probably entered flower without enough nitrogennin your soil and you weren’t feeding them any. Tiger bloom at half strength isn’t going to do anything to fix a nitrogen deficiency. Full strength isn’t going to cut it. 2/3 grow big and 1/3 tiger bloom. I’ve even hit them with straight veg nutes at this stage and it’s perfectly fine if you’re lacking in nitrogen

Okay, that's kinda what I was thinking it may be. Would adding some cal mag (2-0-0) to the tiger bloom suffice..or do you think it needs a full blast of nitrogen? Just don't wanna over do it since the tips have that slight burn look.. Also a couple things I forgot to mention I've kept the PH in the 6.0-6.5 range, and I checked the run off as well. The other is the petioles on some of the fan leaves have had that reddish purple look even before the yellowing.

I’m not seeing any real burnt tips in the pics. I’d give them a mix of veg and flower or just veg nutes next feed. I really think that doing that instead of just straight up tiger bloom isn’t overdoing it at all. You’ve been underdoing it is the issue. It’s gonna give them the extra nitrogen they need and they’ll thank you if you just hit em with a solid amount of nitrogen and get it out of the way. Then the tiger bloom and what not will be able to more easily carry you through. There’s no way around it unless you want to keep yellowing up early like this. It isn’t too bad of a deficiency and not too late to fix it. If you hit them with the veg, you’ll see some of those faded leaves darken back up in time before they get too faded.

I wouldn’t worry about the purple petioles right now. It’s pretty normal and you don’t have stalk purpling or any spotting or patches on your leaves. I’d just concern myself more nitrogen next feed. The stretch period at first 3 weeks of 12/12 really makes them use up the nutes. They eat up the nitrogen heavy in that period. It used it all up and messing around with weak amounts isn’t going to do any good. Problem needs stopped right in it’s tracks ASAP

Imparting high amounts of N at this stage of the game (5 weeks into flower) is not going to behoove you. Major fan leaves beginning to fade as you round the corner of your grow is not a new phenomena. One yellow leaf at the bottom and 2 fan leaves in the middle of the plant slightly off color (most likely an issue with Mg) does not indicate a N deficiency. Look at all your other leaves....dark green, slightly clawed down, with slight tip burn. I would not change course from what you've been doing...you're not that far off from the end or a decent plant. Good luck
