I hope it all worked out for him. There are a lot of challenges with such a move/locale.....a legal water source being the first. Would be interesting to see what happened. Lotsa folks tried the same thing here when "Rec" hit. Between the shipping container and the look of the terrain and the tendency we've seen over the years for folks to buy land in ceratin areas simply because it is cheap.... I can kinda guess where he landed. I hope he did his homework upfront on the purchase and had enough $$$ to buy a property with the proper water right. Otherwise....the whole garden/animals/greenhouse/etc. dream will be just that. You can't grow anything here without water.
