Love your screen name. Here's a VPD chart. For your temp you're a little low but it won't kill the plant. I run 10% humidity all summer long and it reduces my yield a little bit.

I would keep my humidity between 50 , 75 in veg.. Just bring your temps up a touch and your humidity will more than likely raise aswell

Your humidity may be a bit low for veg..try increasing it to 50-60 ideally. Increasing temps will actually dry your area out more! So don't do that, your temps are good according to your meter...just add some moisture.
