The fact that a person MUST seek permission from an "authority" to declare the status of their property is the evidence you are ignoring when you think you are defending what you falsely believe are equal rights. The presence of an authority dictating to a neutral party, ensures the conversation ISN'T about equal rights.

Rights and revocable granted privileges granted by an "authority" are not the same thing.

Since you and I can't delegate a right we don't possess. (It's demonstrably impossible.) No other person could either. Which means, "government" persons couldn't possibly delegate a right that none of them possess either....unless you think impossible things are possible.

Since you apparently believe that if you get enough people to believe in something which is impossible you can make the impossible, possible, I'm afraid I'm going to have speak to your therapist and see about upping your med dose.
what would stop someone from killing you and just taking your land in your utopia ? Please don't come with how strong you are. Try to answer the question seriously. so I can get an understanding how crime is stopped in your world. Thanks

What would stop someone from killing, me taking land etc. ?

Under the present government...nothing. Property tax and eminent domain occur don't they?
If you agree with that, (you ought to, it's absolutely accurate) maybe I'll answer the second part of your question.

How is crime stopped? This is a reasonable question, but it makes sense to define what a crime is and isn't before answering it.
Care to offer your definition ?

you do realize that in no way did you even attempt to answer my question ? Why is that ?
In your utopia what would stop someone from just killing you and taking your shit ? Do you not think murder is a crime ? You actually need someone to define a crime to you ? jeezzzz

Well that’s great, you go girl!!! $110,000 plus 3+++’s that’s a lot, but not enough huh. And I may have missed it but then why are you accused of ripping people off for their stash? Sorry if it’s an awkward question but I’m curious and had to ask.

How bout you for once try and answer a question. You continue to lose by not answering a single question put forward. Thank god it’s almost the end of the party, your losing is tiring.

He can’t because there is no answer. Look at every one of his replies and you’ll see a question mark at the end of the sentence or a dancing ape, but he’s winning .....

So, you admit that in the present, you can't stop a gang of government people from killing you and taking your land in whole or in part if the gang decides to take your land and/or kill you? Well, you didn't admit it, but you didn't refute it either, because you can't.
Eminent domain... Collateral damage.... Asset forfeiture... Property tax....should I continue, slave ?

In my "utopia" , theft and murder would still occur, except no people would be exempt from responsibility when they do it, like in the present, when "special people" (government people) do it, but rename it or attempt to rationalize a justification, by saying "just doing my job". Of course other lesser crimes than murder would be adjudicated too, but rather than "crime" being a violation of an arbitrary edict, as so often happens under the present arbitrary system, crimes would have to involve an actual harm to your person or property etc..

Of course murder is a crime. It's the highest form of a crime, and the threat of it is the backbone of the present "justice system" for ANY kind of disobedience. Even when the alleged "criminal" is the actual victim and the people behind "the law" are the real criminals.

I don't need anyone to define what a real crime is, no. For instance I differentiate between a real crime and a statutory crime, which you sometimes fail to do, because you have been heavily indoctrinated and to face your contradictions likely requires a level of critical thinking you haven't yet mustered. THAT is a crime. sir.

Since you asked...two questions for you to answer. I doubt your "answer" will be anything other than a rationalization or a strawman.

1) Is there any means by which any number of individuals can delegate to someone else the moral right to do something which none of the individuals have the moral right to do themselves?

2) Do those who wield political power (presidents, legislators, etc.) have the moral right to do things which other people do not have the moral right to do? If so, from whom and how did they acquire such a right?

I've asked variations of these questions before, but these iterations are taken from Larken Rose " 5 questions" . I'm sure you'll have no trouble giving an on point and well buttressed answer.

Sassquatch knocked on my door today, and asked me to relay a message. he said he doesn't appreciate his image being used by pedophiles, or by people who live in alternate realities. he finds it offensive, and doesn't want to be associated with such people or practices. he also said if you don't stop, he would start shitting on your porch....after all, you don't own the forest, he was there first, he feels like you're trying to enslave him

eminent domain isn't used on a daily basis. it's used to move a large project forward, when it would be beneficial to a whole area. it can be abused, but i don't think it is often.
collateral damage? wtf are you talking about? are your neighbors super heroes? do they knock buildings down daily that fall across your property?
asset forfeiture can be abused, but it is usually used to keep criminals from profiting from their crimes. if the state is seizing your property, then you haven't been paying your property taxes....and no one gives a fuck whether you like paying them or not. we all pay them, you can too, or deal with the government taking your shit, lazy fucker....
property tax is a way for municipalities to be able to provide things like street lights, fire hydrants, man hole covers, police and fire service.....cutting back branches along roads....FUCKING EVERYTHING that gets done on a local level....most of us don't mind paying for that. if you do...then quit using our infrastructure. get the fuck off the road, and walk through the woods where ever you go. don't ever call the police or the fire squad...deal with it yourself....
society exists. deal with it. or withdraw, find a cave, and get the fuck off the grid.
you're a fucking hypocrite...telling us all how fucked up we are, while you're using all the same things we pay for......and a cheap fucking hypocrite at that

I'm pretty sure you're lying. Sasquatch is right here having a cup of coffee with me rolling another joint.
