Should be fine if you don't mess with the repair job. I split mine while pushing a scrog net over her.. I don't think it missed a beat while it was mending itself. Might have taken 10 days or so to heal. Just don't fuck with it until it's healed.

I do that a lot, I break a small piece of aloe Vera and squeeze the juice onto the split, then tape it back. Never had one not make it. Just don't mess with it while it is healing. Good luck.

Humans try all sorts of shit to try and make it better. Pulled a 427 Cobra Jet out of a 69 Nova SS so I could put in a six cylinder for better gas milage when I was 15....My Dad still laughs at me to this day.

Alright.. I put a lil extra tape on it for support.. thanks for all the advice guys
after you tape and support it if you foliar feed a little kelp at the wound at a low ppm say 150 or so it will help heal it even faster.

i cant find a pic, but i snapped one of mine nearly in half and it recovered fine.
I was bending a little too hard and it gave up. It was just hanging there by some flesh, I thought for sure I had just broken off 60% of my plant.
held the break together and taped it up with electrical tape and tied the branch up to support it.
Within a week or so it had mostly healed up, it slowed down just a little bit but that was the only sign something happened.
has been great since that.

No worries at all.
These plants are damn robust-it takes quite a bit of damage to kill them. I had a top that almost snapped off, just had a thread holding on. Taped it up and prayed-next morning it was like nothing had happened.
BTW-the tree in my avatar split open just like your plant. It finished at over 10 feet.

you will be fine, I did almost the same thing. everything was fine. the plant is pictured in avatar weeks after break, the grow journal is in my signature if you are curious like a cat. I broke mine lst'n it to a small pallet.
