Whats the best hydro system for this? *Pics*

I built this growroom area a few days ago, its 8 feet by 8 feet and the height is 71/2 feet. I have one 430watt Hps light for this area. What i need to know is what is the best hydro system to have in this area thats cheap to build. Im using a DWC but ive found its annoying and causes stress to the plant when water changing. Anyone with any thoughts about this?

Thats a pretty big room for only one 430w hps, maybe add a light? Im going to start using DWC, but I would be interested to know what pros and cons you have found?

I havnt had many problems, the grow has been nearly perfect. The thing about growing in dwc buckets is changing the water and cleaning out the bucket, its a pain in the ass. other than that its premo.

How often were you changing the water? Did you have a drain hose, or were you just tipping all the water out?

If it was me... I'd get 4 5-gallon buckets with 10" aerolids and plumb them all to gether... recirculating style. Then I'd hang that lamp vertically between some big ass bushes.
