Surefire Flash Hider. 3 or 4 prong. Which is better?

Im debating on upgrading my flash hider and im looking at the Surefire 3 or 4 prong ones. Does anyone know which is better? I often see the 3 prong.

Does anyone have any input?

The 3 tine is slightly more efficient light wise and the tines are bigger, hence stronger. Easier to replace the 3 prong if needed

It was originally made for the military, mil spec req'd 4 prongs; Surefire then made it for civilian and modded/beefed it up to the 3 prong
.

Ahh I gotcha, nice! I hear a lot of good things about Surefire. I've never changed my flash hider and always just kept the "stock" one that it comes with it. Thanks again xD
