What email address are you using? I emailed them a few days ago about my picture, and they got back to me today.

My caretaker received her card today but I didn't. Thankfully she was able to make it to the dispensary before they closed. We live at the same address. I can't be too mad, just annoyed.

Good idea, but no. I've received responses from them before (last month)....just not anymore..

At this point I would be surprised if the delay wasn't caused by USPS. Her card has my id# on it so I know its coming shortly.

Dr Footerman in Springfield and it was sent in electronically n received by dph on 8/28

I received my card back in September. I went through Innovative Express Care.
I just received an email from them concerning scheduling a one month post follow up appointment.
I don’t recall this being discussed when I applied and I can’t find any info on the state website.
Is this required? Or just something Innovative Express is trying to push?

I believe you are supposed to be an established patient when they certify your qualifing condition. So them asking to see you again seems very reasonable. I don't think it's required to go but that might be the doctor you need to use for renwal next year.

I can understand their desire to further establish the dr/patient relationship. I just hadn’t heard anyone else with a card mentioning a post card follow up before.
I went through IEC, and I remember them saying something about a post visit, a month after. I thought it was to talk about the dispensary itself, and if the weed is helping your condition

I could have missed it. They were so slammed when I had my appointment, it was a total zoo.
