Looking really nice man! You're right, they are loving life!!
Thanks Mo! The switch to canna coco has been great so far and I can't wait to taste the final product from the coco grown. This is also the first run with the 315w cmh in the flower tent and so far so good. Plus I get my new 260w quantum board kit tomorrow which I plan on using to light a 2x4 cabinet dedicated to pollen chucking.

I was thinking about hitting a few females I have but now I'm thinking I'll just pollinate the lvtk and c99 but may include a couple others if they taste and smoke great, not good but great. I want to be able to make a bunch of the lvtk beans though because I'm sure those will be real nice.

Cheers and thanks for stopping by

Man this girl is probably gonna be my main chuck this upcoming round. lvtk is too on point not to take advantage of, her smell is incredible, she chunks up nicely and she is "white". She makes me happy. 20180919_213103.jpg

I will run a couple clones of the lvtk in the chucking cabinet, along with the lvtk female there will be clones following:

c99-for sure because she is most stable genetic line I have so might as well add her to the mix, plus she is a beast

*citrus twist #2- if she taste like the strawberry candy she smells like then she'll get hit for sure, fat candy nuggs

*sunni d og- again if she taste like her mother/like she smells w/ orange mixed in then I'll hit it too.

**keeper I find in 3 black dogs, so far two have noticeable blackberry smells faintly showing at about 3 weeks 12/12

**keeper I find out of the 5 goji og seedling I have right now

**possibly also the bubba's gift

* These strains depend on how the smoke/taste. They all look good and smell good but are not 100% knock outs so I think I will pass on using this sunni d og and the citrus twist will have to taste bomb or she is a no go too. I have more seeds and can find frostier/tastier phenos if needed.

** Still to early to judge but pretty sure I will find a nice black dog and really sure I'll find a nice goji og but still early and the bubba's gift is a toss up too.

Here's where the love will be made

Little update, been a while since the last one, lol.

The black dog from HSO is legit and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a blackberry cross. Right now only #3 is super strong blackberry, like straight up over ripen sweet BB on the vine, the other two #1,#2 have hints of blackberry but have an overpowering headband kush type smell too. #1 is almost all HB and very little bbk she is also the only solid green pheno.

#1, green pheno, real nice hd kushy type smell, pungent and more skunky
20181019_202415.jpg 20181019_202525.jpg

#2, purp pheno, slight bb smell but more hd kushy type smell, descent buds, aesthetically pleasing plant for sure

#3, the one I'm assuming is the keeper, straight up blackberry smell and very pungent too, looks to have nice resin and some purpling going on, descent but not heavy yield same with #2. With nice veg it'll put out decently.

I know a lot of people struggle with cloning but it shouldn't be too much trouble. I just cut piece of donor plant with scissor and place cut directly in a glass/cup of water as fast as possible. After that I either leave the clone/clones in the glass of water in a shaded spot in the veg room or go right into rock wool cubes. No gel/powder, no hormones, no domes, just a heating pad now that it is cool.

Sometimes the clones look like shit when they root like these lvtk, I also took them when the mother plant was stressing as well, and sometimes they look fresh and green like the east cakes right next to them.

The next round of seedlings going into flower will be 4 goji females, 1 HSO bubba's gift and the 1 goji male I got will be flowered and pollen collected and dusted on the females gojis/bubba's gift and then again on the up coming winter pollen chuck.

I had some issues with low temps a couple weeks ago and the gojis did not like it at all so they were all a little stress and stunted but all are now looking happy. Surprising the bubba's gift was least affected by the cold.

Goji male

bubba's gift, nice structure and pretty hardy so far, I heard these have great flavor so I'm stoked to she what she does, if she taste like the fruity cereal I've heard she might make it into the chucking of goji or tang pow studs.

Next round of chucks, far back right tang pow male, back left c99, middle left black dog #3, middle right tang pow #1, front left tang lvtk, front right purp black dog #220181019_205759.jpg

I’m trying to clone the female I have, I took four cuts from it yesterday. 3 in peat pellets soaked in water amended with aloe and one in a glass of water. The pH in my soil is way to high I tried to take it down with 2 cups of used coffee grounds but to no avail. Also I don’t think my soil is draining out very well, it seems like my plant is constantly dropping especially since the pH crash, it hasn’t looked right.

I’m hoping they root.

You can try putting those 3 in dirt back into a glass of water if they are drooping. Just change the water in the cup ever couple of days and the clones should bust roots even in the plain water. Maybe after a few days in the glass of water you can try putting them back in the pellets. Also sometimes the clones will look droopy for a day or two but then pop back up. Cheers and I hope they root for you.

Done and done. So it’s better for theM to root in water?
