Id say a month, i let them get to the end, the fan leaves fade and dry up and the buds should be swollen.

Looks like it was under a weak light for a long time, its not ripe just yet though the white hairs havent curled much at all

If you want to smoke white hairs that won't get you high, then sure you can harvest now.
If you want to actually smoke some weed, you need another 4-6 weeks.

Wow dude, this is the second thread in a row I’ve seen you blaming cheap lights. I’ve used those cheap led lights from amazon. Those that say those lights don’t work haven’t tried them.

I've tried the cheap-o LED lights. They work...sure. But they simply cannot, and do not, give the same bang for the same buck. Best use I've seen is using the ones that claim to be 'Full Spectrum' as a UV/IR supplemental perimter light. As for your plants, Chevyroad, throw the breeder's timeline out the window...they are never correct, whether it be by a week or 4 weeks, they are rarely accurate if you're wanting your plants to produce the most potent buds that their genetics and environment can permit. Your plant's buds still have a lot of perky white hairs...which points towards you having awhile left to go. You should invest in a 30x Microscope from somewhere like amazon...then you can cut out the guess work and harvest based on the color of your trichs. But no, plant is definitely not done.
