Which medium? What PH?

Could be a nutrient lockout or root issues but some more info and pics of the whole plant would help

I'm feeding fox farm trio 1/2 strength, with added Cal-mag since the problem started (2ml per gallon), feed water feed water feeding schedule, about a month ago I tested the pH of my runoff going in at 6.5 it was coming out at around 5.5 and I had a little of what looked like magnesium deficiency going on, I flushed my plants and added a couple tbs of dolomite lime, since then I've been pHing water to 7.0 and the runoff is about 6.3 in all other plants and they are growing pretty healthy, this plant though started doing this, so I checked the pH runoff and it was back down to about 5.6, since then I've flushed it again with straight water Wich out of my tap has a ppm of around 200, the first of the runoff came out at about 1000, I also put a gallon of water through it with a tbs of baking soda Wich put the pH runoff up to about 7.5 going in at 7.0, I cut all the affected leaves off and as of today it's still doing it but nowhere near as bad. Sorry if this is confusing I'm a noob and I know I messed with it quite a bit. I'm thinking I took the pH from being to low to being too high? As I said it's still doing it but nowhere near as bad
