Hello everyone. I would like to introduce a new THC extraction system and a I am looking for anyone interested in trying our system. It is called OilXGreen. Just add a dot-net after the name to find out more information.

Your system looks as if it will most certainly work. The only problem that I have seen is that pentane may not be so readily available to the average person. Admittedly, I have not performed an extensive search on obtaining said pentane, and you may have a trusted source.

I have not had any problem buying Pentane. In fact Amazon sells it. I recommend that you go to a local chemical supply company and order from them.

Does your machine work on "licensed" MMJ MIPS extraction and also for Hemp CBD oil extraction. This would be for a legal and licensed op in Colorado.

Do you have a web site bro?

Pentane goes for about $65 a liter on Amazon. They have 4 packs (4L), but they are always sold out.

Our system is aimed at the Backyard demographic. I'll have to google up MMJ MIPS extraction. Pentane is a great solvent for CBD extraction as it preserves most of the terpins which some say contribute to the overall effectiveness.

It's a standard jar size. Get bigger jars for a bigger system. That option probably adds $100-200 from them.
I am talking about a commercial and licensed set up in a legal state. Big setup. The cheapest (Good) ethanol system for MMJ or hemp extraction that I have found for pretty big production is $95,000.

You are looking in the wrong place then my friend. This is hobby stuff. You could do it on a commercial scale, but there are much better ways to do it. And 95k? Are you distilling for an entire state? Wait, you didn't get a quote from these guys did you?

Ok, seriously though. This is ancient technology. No one is inventing a wheel or anything. You should be able to find what you need for a few thousand. If that isn't big enough running 24/7, then pop for the 95k one, you'll be able to afford it just fine.

wait so you dont even get the pentane?? sooo isn't this... 2 buckets... 2 jars and some steal tube??? for 200 bucks?????
Yep. $200.

The Seamless Stainless tubing is medical grade, The inside of the tubing is electro polished so as to remove all manufacturing impurities. The lids are heavy duty Stainless as are the lid bands and the fittings.

I bet you could build one in less than 3 hours and for less than $200.00.

Our unit is for the backyard extractor. If you want to make a living extracting oil you will need lots more capital.

What do you think about using a chemical resistant poly tubing instead? As long as it is air tight., right?

Chemical resistant is not the same as chemical PROOF. You need to check carefully to make sure the Pentane will not have a negative reaction. An advantage of using metal tubing is that it will cool the Pentane much better than a non-metal. This helps to ensure that you can recover as much Pentane as possible.
