Mixing CFL's and LED panels

So my Northern lights are over 1ft tall and im looking to move them into flowering. Trying to figure out if mixing the two will it be better than just the LED panels by themselves. The LED panels are 45w and doesn't have green or white spectrum so i figured the CFL will cover that missing link? An I right or Im wrong? If so what should I do?
