Most effective way to keep plants short?

and with this post everything gets thrown out the window... You can get away with topping and tie downs but supercropping is out of the question.
So LST is the way to go then? I understand why though. Don't want to stunt growth with an autoflowering plant.

Wait...was I accurate in saying topping takes time away from growth?? Why would you waste time topping for an auto?

Ya chafin your on the right track...gotta be careful on these forums...get a random person throwing in there two cents...just gotta pick a person that seems to know there shit and ignore the rest haha but swisha could just be having a rough day

It will add to veg time. If you want to top an auto it's gotta be done early. The first 14 days of an auto are critical. Let them develop some roots and top at the 3rd or 4th node. Then just spread her out with ties.

Dude - always always mention Autoflowering when seeking advice. In the initial post. It really does matter sometimes .
Yea I always forget to mention it. So supercropping is effective with autoflowering plants or should I just stick with LST?

I know I've been posting a lot. I just want to learn as much as possible about this and everyone here is so helpful. I've read up on LST but I'm not entirely sure how it works. Anyone can go into pretty good detail on how it works?
Inbox me, or check out my posts and my Grow I have going.

I do hst, I basically bend the plant over or supper crop all my plants :)

I am glad to go into detail in inboxed or here but I feel most in this site give a good idea on lst, and hst :)

Here is a topped and super cropped Auto.
Topped about week 3 and then supercropped and spread week 5. Now in week 8of 9, I hope.

Youtube has so many videos on lst sometimes I have to see it instead of just reading it to get a understanding
