Need some advice please

This is my first attempt at growing.
I am using a 4x4x7 ft grow tent with 1000 watt equivalent Led grow light,
Growing 2 plants hibrid purple headband..my girls are right at 6 weeks old grown from clones...they are 20 inches tall.. Growing in 3 gallon pots with 40/40/20 grow medium. Using root organics nutrients.
My questions are .1.. Do I have enough light?
2.. Are they growing at a good rate?
3. What kind of yield should I expect from this set up?

That is not enough light it is probably only 300 or so true watts.You need at least 600 true watts.Building your own with strips is easy!

what is 40/40/20 medium? Roots organic nutes were a bitch for me to handle on my first run, I over did it big time, go easy, the plants don't need much

1. Probably not enough light to effectively bloom the plants, first time grower id suggest a 600 watt HPS set up pinned to the top of your tent, no need to lower it. Your LED is probably excellent for veg, but consider something larger for bloom
2. ?? hard to tell without photos, 20" tall with two leaves is not good, but a 20" tall bush is awesome
3. zero with that light, yield is determined by plants genetics, light, and grower skill. I can get about 2oz per plant with a 600w vegged for 4-5 weeks from seed, or I can veg the plant for 120 days and get 28oz from one plant
