I guess this falls under the low education of a consumer like you . All tuna has mercury, but the smaller the tuna the less mercury. You have Albacore tuna ( “solid white” ) which is the largest Tuna having the most mercury. Then you have Tongol and Skip-jack ( “chunk light”) which are the smallest. You can only eat the large tunas about once a week, the smaller Tuna you can enjoy a can everyday. Also eat the water packed tuna ( not packed in oil), much better for you.
