Oh and I should have mentioned, the pic of the bad fan leaves are an example of the worst of the bunch, most are lightly affected like the pic attached here

Unless you flush with low ec mix (use the same nute ratios to arrive at like 0,4 EC or ~250ppm) you will not undo the nute lockout. Do it asap for at least 24-36 hours. Then dump and make fresh mix at 1.7 EC

I flipped on the 15th of last month so I guess it's barely over 3 weeks in. This is where the buds are at(pic), too far along for foliar?

It's really up to you. It looks a bit far for my liking but if you try and hit ONLY the leaves especially the undersides, and do it expertly and with caution then it would probably be ok. After all you are the one smoking it right? So do what you are comfortable with.

It usually takes at least a few days spray to restore balance.

I used to run DWRC with GH but now I run ebb and flow and don't have these horrible problems.

I think your calmag levels are ok. This is what I would do you can take my advice or leave it.

-It's too bad you are so long into bud, I would have advised a foliar feed twice a day up to week 2 of bud.

- first run just low EC water 0.4EC in the system for a day or two, then do a res change.
-add calmag at your levels of 0.4 EC and then use equal parts of the 3 part to get your EC back at 1.7 or 1200ppm like you had it at.
-Continue using this formula until you flush
-Do a res change every week!!!!!!!

If you do this you might get some decent bud out of this run because you have salt lockout.

IMO your problems could be from not doing an initial res change often enough, which causes nute lockout as the nute profile changes depending on what the plants take up. Foliar feeding can help restore balance in this situation, but you are a bit far along to spray.

IMHO, I think @trippingballs is right on the money.
It's my opinion that you're overfeeding.
The lockout is a micro. Probably calcium. More likely too much, than too little.
It's why they're improving on a fresh reservoir change too. Then once the plants get what they need, and are left with an abundance of what they don't, they go back to the way they were.
If you've been topping off, between changes, it would only magnify, your problem.
Excess calcium tends to cause rust spots, starting from the vain outwards, and affects the fans.
All your filters for your RO, are working fine? I'm assuming you check before adding nutrient.
IMHO cut your ppms. After the flush.
Maybe cut them by 30%, and go from there.

Just an update in case anyone gives a shit,

Well, I flushed for 3 days and then spent the next 5 days slowly getting ppms up from 300 to 1200. Did another change the next day. The progression MAY have slowed slightly but this last week they have re-accelerated. I am starting to think toxicity. I had a local store owner jump up and down telling me it was calmag def and I should be dosing up between 5-10ml/gal. I went up to 5ml(400ppm) on the last change and ran that for the last week. I don;t know if that is what re-activated the problem or if they are more sensitive in general as you go farther into flower but it surely didnt help the situation. I am at day 43-44 since flip so I don't believe there is anything I can really do to recover but I do have 3-4 plants that are seeming to have a higher tolerance than the rest and show very little signs of the issue. I think I am going to cut the calmag all together and see is that stops any progression on the plants that are better off.

I am starting to get the same symptoms on 3 week old cuttings but only the ones cut from the the worst affected mothers. Along with the fans "rusting", they are 100% purple from the first growing node up. Unfortunately most of the cuttings I took where from the most vigorous plant, prior to it becoming the second most affected plant. I am trying to root some cuttings off of the plants that seem immune so I can kill the sickies and hopefully avoid a repeat even if I don't find the root cause of the problem.
