I'm for a Democrat. Probably not Bernie. Bernie is OK but he's not really a progressive. Also a very divisive leader. I'll definitely vote for whomever wins the Democratic Party's nomination. Bernie sunk his bid for the nomination in Mississippi yesterday.

Here we go again.

Progressives support progress. We do need to define progress.

A Senator is a powerful person in the US government. After twelve years, I'd expect more than the installation of a few water heaters before calling Bernie a progressive. If he had been a principal at my local grade school, getting a solar water heater funded and installed would be impressive. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he did it. But that's it. Not progressive.

He does make a lot of noise. You call that progressive, I guess. I call it

Why?

Sanders hasn't made progress in the twelve years he's had as Senator. He's an independent, working practically by himself and because ot that, all he's managed to accomplish is installation of a few water heaters on some federal buildings. Some point out that he got a post office renamed. He's an outsider who is best known for complaining and carping on the sidelines. He's a very divisive leader who hasn't gotten anything done.

Passionate about his carping, though.
