First meal suggestions after colonoscopy.

When I had mine a few years ago, they said go easy and eat a little of something "gentle" (whatever the fuck that is). Fuck that, I was ravenous; the ex picks me up at noon and we go to lunch across the street from the facility. I had a tri-decker roast beef sammie; finally I could think of something else besides my stomach. That night we had grilled steaks, baked taters and a power salad. The next morning's dump was fucking glorious.

Got a yogurt about to have a baked potato. Trying to reset my gut bacteria. Have to cut out Monsters and 3 coffees a day.
If they didn't clip any polyps I'd eat whatever. If they did I'd start out with soft and lower residue foods ie Jello, cottage cheese, fruit yoghurt. I'd wait a day or so before starting on stuff like celery, granola, whole grains etc....

Sooo soo hungry. Why did Michael Jackson like propophol so much? Fuck, a burning candle smells delicious right now. Any good suggestions for a first meal?

Olivye salad
really, it's just potato salad if it was jacked up on more veggies,
mayo, and the aforementioned bologna. Looks foul, tastes incredible.

Never trust a Russian who says this. The things your people do with crucifers is a Satanic travesty of a pauper's kitchen. Sorry Babushka.

I was going to suggest mashed taters with butter and cream. Might want to lay off anything high fiber as recommended already. Twilight drugs and anesthesias have a constipating effect on a lot of folks.
