I hear you. I have two bulging discs and two herniated discs that cause me hell.. the sciatic pain I get is indescribable.. a cross of being shot and electrocuted at the same time is the best I can describe.. so I know all about nerve pain... So far I've yet to find any weed that helps in that department.. small doses of shrooms helps me on the kill me days..
Hopefully this is the plant for you..

Thank you Farmer!

And yes it has been years for me also. Its one of the few strains that I know of that users claim to ease their nerve pain. Since I have serious issues with my nerves and with pain, I am hoping for Romulan to be that strain I've been looking for, for years, to offer me proper relief. I have literally smoked damn near everything when it comes to early crosses, or original strains. Some are great for pain, but only muscle.. not the type I have. And I remember Romulan being amazing back in the day when I could get it, but back then my 16-18 year old nerves were just fine.
I hear that, I have all kinds of back and neck issues since a car/truck accident (unfortunately I wasn't the truck)

I remember Romulan to be effective as well, but back then I was taking other meds too so kind of hard to judge

Looking good..!:leaf:

..oh btw, my one regular Romberry is a girl! Clones already bubbling away

Also I have Remo chemo seedlings that I'm also hoping will work with nerve pain issues, this quote is from allbud:

"Remo Chemo is said to be the perfect choice for treating a wide variety of conditions including depression, inflammation, insomnia, chronic pain, and spinal cord injuries"

Considering doing a grow journal on it only because it's fairly new strain and no one's done it will tag in if I do
-good luck!

Remo chemo
Okay, after reading more.. I must try this next. I've been on the hunt to see what is next for my indoor after a few Romulan runs.

It's going to have to Remo Chemo. Its characteristics on the smoke, and its medical qualities are off the charts. Also a Dinafem and Urban Remo collaboration..? Im sold. Tell me how it goes.. and are you adding this to your journal? I'd love to follow along ;)

Yeah probably do a journal on the Remo chemo, and most importantly the smoke report!:bigjoint:..it sounds like it's going to be interesting, a fairly new cross so I'm looking forward to trying it..!

I'm probably four months out from the first harvest of it. Seeds cracked fast and Fast Grower so far too!

* just found this it's a really detailed grow report on some Remo testers

Hey man I'm glad that spoke to you! I'm going to put up a grow journal and tag you in as soon as I can reach the back of the tent and grab the seedlings for some pictures..!

The left front is the big Remo but I'm not sure which is the other one? lol ..It's a fairly new strain but what I see Around the Net looks pretty darn positive:hump:

Day 27 - Going to flip her tomorrow.. will take some lights off pics at that point, but here is a blurple preview

Some seriously aggressive tucking has been happening lately.. I'm glad I am familiar with how much abuse these girls can take, otherwise I'd feel like I was back in High School..
...treating her like a Cheerleader on Friday night.. lol. :spew::hump:
Ive also done a lot of pruning.. to open up the canopy. My goal has been to create this circle of growth, and leave the center opened up to allow side branches to hopefully fill it up later.

This indoor flowering thing is new to me.. can I pop in for 2-3 minutes during lights off tomorrow to install my new dehumidifier?

It's due to arrive about 30 minutes after lights out, and I can of course wait.. its not a big deal, but I'd rather not have to install it later if its safe.

Light will obviously be present if I go in, but I can easily wait if there is any chance that a 1 time 2-3 minute light exposure can cause any chances of hermieing, etc.. Can I pop in safely, or should I just be patient and wait until the lights are on? I know.. its a silly question right? Just wait dude. Simple answer.

But I have this thing.. ADHD.

Sometimes, it's hard to wait.

if it's just 30 mins right at the beginning you will be fine. i would just leave lights on, do my work, then turn timer on to get lights to go out.

Thank you Sour Wreck, I appreciate that.

Would it be an issue, on the back end if I cut 30 minutes out? To get back on my 10am-10pm track. Meaning it would only get 11.5 hours total for that day.. is that a big issue?

Any ideas for a great strain I could one day cross her with, just for kicks? I'm thinking something that has not been done yet?

Any ideas guys?
Romulan to sweet deep grapefruit. I bet that cross would rock. I've been looking for a straight romulan for a few years now but all I can find is crosses. Keep that plant rocking brother!!! It's looking good. I hope to see a seed project by you later on! Ill be keeping an eye on this thread!

Thank you Brother, I really appreciate it! I do have a few clones rooting, that are the beginnings of my seed project. So Ill be sure to add that into this journal as it gets along.

I've also after a lot of phone calls and emails, got in contact with Jay Baker (Romulan Jay). He actually has some Romulan Grapefruit seeds (exactly what you suggested I think!) and some other cross strains of Romulan that I am getting from him (Master Kush, Sweet Island Kush, Blueberry, and the Grapefruit). He said that some time around May-June, he will have pure Romulan seeds, as he has a seed project in the mix right now. If things go well, Ill not only get the cross strains here soon, but also will eventually get some originals too once he is done with her.

I'm gonna be doing a lot of pheno hunting down the road here, and then eventually quite a bit of breeding/cross-breeding. Because my fiance loves the look of Romulan (she does not smoke but is also a long time grower), Ill in part be searching for the most unique pheno's while also separately searching for the best genetics that lean towards helping my nerve pain issues. I have a lot to learn, and will inevitably make mistakes along the way... but I just love this new hobby of mine. Taking things indoor has really changed the way I treat and look at the plant. Instead of her being a profit venture, like it was in the past for me, now its all about what I want.. with zero care about selling/sharing/what others think. I finally get to grow my way, 100%, and I cant tell you how much I love doing this already. Its such a rewarding hobby, and thing to do with my time. Sometimes I may be in too much pain to move, but I will always get up to check on my plant and water her if need be. It keeps me moving on the bad days and I really needed something like that in my life.
