from what i see it seems that these boards come from www.atreumlighting.com which is actually shown in a picture on the amazon store for Horticulture Lighting Group
idk it seems pretty legit to me i am a bit confused i guess

That is equal to theirs 1.83 QB288's or 4x F564B's that is equal to 2 QB's for $133

Its not just about getting the right diodes. All these boards and strips from china are completely illegal to sell in the EU. CE marking and all the crap that comes with it is required by law. You have UL in the usa im not sure how it works for you guys.

affordable. I have had great experience with having China manufacture my boards no problem. Don't listen to the haters. Most of Shenzhen manufacturers sell on ebay and amazon. You can contact Jeff Wei directly at https://tophspcb.en.alibaba.com/?spm=a2700.8443308.0.0.6f363e5f1NlXGn. They manufacturer my boards GrowGreen and they used to manufacture HLG boards as well. Not a bad company

The QB288 isn't made in China. They copied our board. Our contract manufacturer is in Michigan.
I have seen a company in my country that sells your qb304 copy, and they claim it as a product they developed and invented. It is in Europe so.... can you report them or make something about copyright or patent violation?

Vegas we all know everything on alibaba is fake....why would you want someone to spend less than a third on an LED board when they can pay 3x as much an order it from HLG?

Fake? No. Suspect? Yes. Of lower quality? Likely (less copper). But that doesn't mean you can't buy a solid LM561C board on Alibaba, or from China at all. People on both sides of the argument should just be honest about it - it's neither the landmine-ridden wasteland, nor the warm and fuzzy Utopia that (some) folks make it out to be.
So much drama.... HLG made the quantum boards first. Buying direct copies of them isn't really cool imo. I wouldn't be cool with someone who copied a guitar riff I made and sold it and earned cash on my invention. that being said im supercool with it if you find inspiration in my riff and apply your personality to it.
Anyway money tends to be the deciding factor for most people regarding any purchase. Looking for the best deal possible all the time can be exhausting on the mind(speak from experience).

HLG did a good job marketing a Samsung LED on an aluminum board.
Samsung also sells their LED on an aluminum board...hlg just ripped off their idea

I like my china built HLG qb120 boards that have some black dots on the LEDs, the form factor is nice for shelf grows.

No, they don't. Their strips are not aluminum. They are copper core laminate PCBs. They do not sell them in any other format that I am aware of.
