Hell boys you have a light that penetrates 3 ft deep?
You are only allowing the light to penetrate 6 inch's into the canopy with your light,
If you were fucking your old lady would you just put the tip of it in her if you had a three foot cock? Hell bury it in her deep and hard,
Thin your canopy and let the light in, leave the damn fan leaves alone and cut the side Branch's off that do not produce anything , make the bud development develop near the terminal stem .
Pinch the top of the terminal stems and make the plant force itself to heal . When you first set a group of plants cut the tops all level and blast them with light, cut all side Branch's off forcing the energy to the terminal .
From the start to five weeks you do this, do not let the energy off of the terminal stems, force it to it and keep it forced to it, clean the underside of course, let light and air through the plant.
I will try it on one end plant that way we can have a triple side by side .

I know my light will go deep but i figured if i kept it thin it would fatten up without all the training?

If you are using LEDs is the only reason I would ever see of growing a canopy for width and not depth,

Maybe I am not too sure of monster cropping? I have also super cropped mine I.e. split all my terminal shoots on each branch every other node since she was 4 weeks old ish. I only stopped that 1 week ago as it was my 3rd week flower

Monster croping just means you took a clone from a flowering plant and it grows in a funky way for a while :)

I only do it in emergencies when i havent taken cuts
