Here’s my timeline:

Check cashed 01/10
I emailed today and received this reply:

Thank you for your email. Your patient registry identification card has been approved and sent for printing. You should receive it in approximately 10 to 14 days.

Awesome! Congrats.

Looks like they are moving nicely through November! I’m November 26th, so hopefully my check gets cashed in the coming weeks.

I started last year but didn’t follow up. But at least I did it correctly this time due to my condition.
But the regs require the fingerprints to be taken within a recent time span. Can’t recall, but I think it’s 30 days. I found that weird.

Anyone deal with this recently, how much longer you are delayed?

Here is my story:

11/7/17 - Application submitted via mail
1/17/18 - check cashed
1/27/18 - Letter received saying I needed to provide a second form of proof of residency since my insurance did not have am expiration date on it. Immediately emailed a copy of my license. Generic response.
1/29/18 - Put a copy of license in the mail

Oh yeah, the email they provide to send back any additional documents is the same as the email everyone is using and getting no response from. Best I could do was be specific in the subject line it was requested additional information
And I wait...

I submitted my application on Jan 12th overnight registered which both the doctor and fingerprinting company recommended doing. That way in theory everything arrives together to be processed. I emailed the State yesterday to get confirmation on whether they had received my application and the sent in return standard robots reply. This morning I was surprised to see that a follow-up email had been sent confirming my application has been received. All apps will be processed in order they are received. So by the looks of things it appears they are starting 2018 running. I am feeling kinda hopeful. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I was given an option of choosing 1, 2, or 3 years for the card. I chose 2. Why did I need to choose? And what happens after it expires?

State took my payment right away because I used a card, not a check. Haven’t reached out to them but from why I’ve seen, on this site and others, it looks like early February is likely time of arrival.
Just got card today!!

Application received 11/13/17
Card received 2/5/18

I went to the Dr on 12/1/2017. Got all the information together and went to the dispensary where they filed my application online on 12/5/2017. It's been 9 weeks today and I've heard nothing so far. Judging by the other comments on here it will be another 2-3 weeks before I find out anything.

I also know someone who mailed the application a day or 2 before me, and with no issues got his card today. Good luck all!
