What have you been feeding them? Up the nitrogen a bit.

Looks like spilled nutes on the leaves to me
They might be a little light green but look overall happy to me

P, K, Mg, and it might also be a little hot. The deficiencies could just be the roots feeling overwatered or not getting enough oxygen.

Pretty hard to make a seedling deficient.

I still only.see a little light green along with what looks like spilled nutes on the leaves from watering
